The Consultation

A design consultation is complimentary and may last up to one hour. It can be completed in person or over the phone. During this consultation the designer will gather ideas on style, theme, colors, and other requirements.
Bring with you any fabric samples, color swatches, and lots of ideas!

Samples

Using the information which was collected during the consultation, two complimentary e-samples will be produced. Additional e-samples are $10.00 each. Typically, samples can be expected to be completed in approximately one week. E-samples will be delivered via email in a pdf file.

Selecting a Design

Once you receive your samples, take your time on deciding which, if either, you absolutely love. Keep in mind that these are only samples. Colors, papers, fonts, and styles can always be changed and/or combined. Do not hesitate to express what you like and don't like.

Final Proof

A final proof incorporating all of your ideas and selections will be created. Upon completion, the final proof will be delivered in person or via mail.

Approval

Once we receive your approval of the final proof, a detailed invoice and contract will be created. Production of your custom-designed invitation will be scheduled upon receipt of the signed contract and a non-refundable deposit equaling 50% of your total order.

Production and Delivery

Timelines for delivery will be discussed with each order. Depending on the quantity of invitations you are ordering, production can be expected to be completed within six to eight weeks. It is highly recommended that you place your order as soon as possible to ensure that invitations are ready by your desired mailing date. Upon delivery, any remaining balance must be collected and invitations will be delivered in person. Should invitation need to be shipped the client is responsible for all shipping charges.
