Design

Using the information which was collected during the consultation, two complimentary e-samples will be produced. Typically, e-samples can be expected to be completed in approximately one week and will be delivered via email as a pdf file. Additional e-samples are $10.00 each.
It is at this point we would like you to provide feedback about everything! This includes colors, layout, fonts, shapes, wording, etc.

Proofreading

It is important to carefully proofread all of the components to your invitation set. Please check dates, time, addresses, and locations. Elva Marie's Fine Paper is not responsible for any mistakes made once a written final approval has been made. Should any mistakes be found once a final approval has been given, they will be corrected at the clients' expense.

Quantities

It is recommended that you order at least 20 percent more invitations than the actual amount needed. Should you place an order and find yourself needing more, you must order in quantities of 25 as soon as possible. There is a possibility that your order may be delayed because of the current production schedule and/or delivery of supplies.

Pricing

Generally, pricing is determined when an e-sample is created. Details will be sent with design options via email. Due to the custom nature of our invitations we are able to work within a variety of budgets no matter how large or small.

Deposit

Once we receive your approval of the final proof, a detailed invoice and contract will be created. Production of your custom-designed invitation will be scheduled upon receipt of the signed contract and a non-refundable deposit equaling 50% of your total order.

Rush Orders

Orders that are needed in less than five weeks incur a 15% rush fee.

Cancellation and Return Policy

We want you to love everything that you purchase from Elva Marie's Fine Paper. Each piece must be perfect or we will work tirelessly to make it right. However, due to the custom nature of each order, we cannot accept cancellations on scheduled designs or returns of completed orders. Production begins immediately upon receipt of your deposit.

We accept cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card).
